Bug Fixes, Bug Fixes... Fixed a few bugs today. No reports of major problems other than the duplicating of Intel CPU types. Please notify me if you encounter an error.

Added a few suggested CPU's today. Also, recieved a complete list from AMD of all CPU types. Hoping for something from Intel, but nothing yet. Will update the AMD list but from my initial look, it's pretty complete as far as what I've gotten from AMD.

Even with the validation we have in place, still have people entering bogus entry's. 'Comon people, let's try to keep this data as clean as possible. This could be a valuable resource for everyone.

Forum?? I'm going to put up a one topic forum where we can discuss suggestions and concerns with the CPU Database. This is NOT going to become a Community. Just a place where we can share ideas to make the CPU Database better.

Added many more CPU's to the Intel List. We are probably missing many, if we are and you want it added, Go Here (Need to be logged in!) Submit the form and we'll look at adding it. It's only two of us doing the coding so we could use all the help we can get :)

Speaking of help, I would like to give a HUGE thanks to Warrior II from OCForums. He spent countless hours researching both AMD and Intel trying to compile a current list of available CPU's. This is a HUGE task given how many different versions of each CPU are out there.

We are currently working on adding much more functionality to the site. Soon you will be able to Edit entry's that you have put in the database from your profile page. We'll be adding more as we think of them or as they are suggested to us.

Also, if someone would like to volunteer and design a new template for the CPU Database, we would like to change the look around here. Need some advertising space in the side bars. Want to keep it simple and "light". Don't want a huge graphic intensive page. If interested, send an email to admin@cpudatabase.com.

Put the Add CPU pages live finally. HOWEVER, Intel CPU's are not complete, we are still missing many. Hope to have this corrected within a day or so. AMD information should be complete. I'm sure there will be code problems. Email any errors to admin@cpudatabase.com.

Well, after a server crash and mutilple other problems. The Add CPU code is about ready to go live. Putting some finishing touches on the code and should have it live by the end of the month.

Re wrote some of the create account functions and did away with cookies. This may cure some of the login problems.

For those of you that had trouble validating your accounts with the link in the email. Cut and paste the link into the address bar of your browser. This should take care of your problem

We are redesigning the CPU Database to try and stop as much of the Graffiti and bogus entry's as we can. From now on, you will have to register an account in order to be able to access many of the functions of the CPU Database. In order to create an account, you will be sent an email with an activation link which you will need to click on before your account is set active.

Currently, Only the Create Account and Search the Database functions are active. We hope to have the ADD functionality active in a couple of days.

If you added a CPU within the past few months, it's probably gone. The Data was so bad that cleaning it would have taken weeks so all recent data has been removed to be sorted manually as time permits. You can re-add your CPU once we get the Add function back online in the next couple of days.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but it will make the data collected better in the long run.

We will be adding much more functionality to the CPU Database in the near future to make this tool much more valuable.
